I am very pleased with the quilt rack and would definitely recommend it to anyone. The only issue I had was putting it together. They provide an allen wrench for screwing in the screws on each post however the screws were large and difficult to screw in with the allen wrench because they were easily stripped. Thankfully my husband had a drill bit that he could use that was shaped like an allen wrench. Without that, we would never been able to screw all of them in. Once constructed, it is very solid and holds a heavy king size down comforter and another blanket easily. It is a little larger than I thought but it works perfectly for what I need.

This rack was purchased as a Christmas gift for my mother-in-law, and was well received and loved by her on Christmas mourning.Fortunately I unpacked and assembled the rack in myshop. [...]The assembly also would have been difficult without professional tools as the supplied, small allen wrench would not have been able to exert enough torque to drive the screws into the stretchers. I used an allen bit and a 3/8 rachet to drive them in. I also did some predrilling to make sure they would not split. Lastly the screw hole caps would not have fit by hand pressure alone and needed to be driven in with a rubber mallet. I also white glued them to make sure thet would stay.The design of this rack is perfect for some one who wants to display their quilts but the product quality is middle of the road to cheap. Had one assembled this item with the tool supplied I would imagine they would be very dis-satisfied with a wobbly stand. [...]I would recommend only if you are handy with tools.

The quilt rack looks great. It is just what we were looking for, but once we got it together it was wobbly. We are going to try putting glue in the holes and fix it ourselves as we like the product and a quilt rack does not get all that much use that it will be a significant problem, but it will still be a problem unless the glue works.

      It was cheaply made. The wood was damaged, the finish was terrible, not consistent, except consistently bad. I was very dissapointed that it was so bad. It will not be used in my house and I will not order from your business again. I don't know why any business would ship something in the shape it was in to anyone. I am not returning it because of the hassle. It will be thrown out in the garbage.

            this was very difficult to screw together (the dowels were supposed to have 4 with holes to screw to the end parts and 2 without - all had holes). In the end, the screws did not go all the way in and the rack is wobbly. it looks nice but it should be a lot sturdier for the price paid.
